If you encounter Policy Reason 291, 561 or Download Errors 927 and 489, this will help you.
It seems there is an issue with the Google Play Store app on your device. Please try this:
1: Go to Settings
2: Select Applications
3: choose Google Play Store
4: press Force stop (if button is active)
5: press Clear data
6: press Clear cache
7: (re)install Perfectly Clear
